At Delbello & Dini, our priority is to ensure you have an exceptional experience with your jewelry. If for any reason you need to exchange or return an item, we are here to help.
Return Process
You may request the return of your piece within 7 business days from the date of receipt, provided you follow our guidelines below:
Check the merchandise immediately upon delivery by the carrier. If you notice any of the following situations, please refuse the product and contact us:
- Damaged or opened packaging;
- Damaged product;
- Incorrect product received;
- Absence of the invoice.
To initiate the return process, please send an email to info@delbellodini.com with the subject "RETURN: Invoice#XXX", including the reason for return and your preference for refund (payment reversal or store credit).
Return Conditions
We only accept returns that meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in perfect physical condition, without signs of use;
- It must include the warranty certificate;
- It must be returned in the original packaging, along with the invoice of the order.
If the item does not meet these conditions, it will be returned in the same condition received.
Refund Procedure
If payment was made by credit card, the card issuer has up to 2 billing cycles to process the refund after receiving our notification;
If payment was made via PIX, we will process the bank transfer within 10 business days after confirming the return.
Shipping Cost
After sending the email requesting the return, please wait for our confirmation so that we can send you the postage label - this cost is covered by Delbello & Dini.
If the piece is not within the mentioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer and the exchange/return will not be accepted. Delbello & Dini reserves the right to charge the customer for the shipping cost in these situations.
